Accessibility statement

Last updated: 23 July 2026.

TODO before this is submitted as part of a GOV.UK "Find software for Making Tax Digital for Income Tax" listing: a full, methodical WCAG 2.2 AA audit (automated + manual keyboard and screen-reader testing) hasn't been run yet. This page states our target and what's been checked informally so far. Don't present it as a completed audit until one has actually been done.

Our commitment

We want Simple MTD to be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard only, zoom the page, or have a cognitive or motor disability. We're aiming to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA across both this marketing site and the Simple MTD app.

What we've done so far

What we know still needs work

Reporting a problem

If you find something on this site or in the Simple MTD app that's hard to use because of a disability, please email hello@simple-mtd.co.uk and tell us which page and what happened. We'll do our best to fix genuine accessibility problems promptly and will get back to you.

Enforcement procedure

If you contact us about an accessibility problem and aren't happy with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS).
